Overnight Camping Equipment List


Boating gear

Boat, paddle, skirt, helmet, life jacket, spray jacket, nose plug

Tent (provided by LAKS for summer camp trips)

Plan for temperatures between 60- 90 degrees during
the day; and as low as 50 at night.

For self-supported trips (Oaxaca), include in your personal gear: a bivy sac, stow float, and a light weight sleeping bag.

Travelers coming for a Mexico Trip usually bring their own paddle, life vest, helmet, skirt with them.  In the case that you are unable to bring a paddle on your flight, we will have generic (straight shaft) paddles that you can use.
